What makes your Sidr honey different from other honey? — Our Sidr honey is sourced directly from Wadi Do'an in Hadramout, Yemen — raw, unpasteurised, and traceable to the exact valley it comes from.

Is your honey pasteurised? — No. All our honey is raw and unpasteurised, keeping it as close as possible to how it comes straight from the hive.

How long does delivery take? — Within the U.K 2-5 working days. Outside of the U.K 5-7 days.

Do you ship internationally? — Yes (If it is not on our website, simply contact us directly or on instagram and we will arrange).

What if my order arrives damaged? — Contact us at thehadramistore@gmail.com within 3 days and we'll sort a replacement or refund.

Can I return a product? — Only if the product has not been opened or used. From arrival of the product you have 2 days to return.
