Welcome to The Hadrami Store!
"Hadramout is a land of ancient trade routes, towering desert architecture, and honey unlike anywhere else on earth. For generations, beekeepers in the valleys of Wadi Do'an have tended Sidr trees the same way their fathers and grandfathers did — patiently, without shortcuts, and entirely by hand."

Our Story
The Hadrami Store began after living in Hadramout, Yemen for almost a decade. During that time, we witnessed how many Yemenis would maintain good health, and well-being by usage of Sidr Honey on a daily basis. Subsequently, this initiated the quest to bring this liquid gold from our Yemeni hives to your homes.
Genuine Sidr honey is rare, and the market is full of blends and fakes claiming to be the real thing. We wanted to bring something different — honey we could trace back to the exact valley it came from, harvested by people we know, sold without exaggeration or false promises.
Every jar we sell is raw and unpasteurised. We don't cut corners, and we don't dress up what we sell with claims we can't stand behind. What you're tasting is exactly what generations of Yemeni beekeepers have always produced — nothing more, nothing engineered.
Beyond honey, we source authentic, traditional products from across the Muslim world — pieces rooted in heritage, made for modern life.
Authentic heritage. Modern Experience.
The Hadrami Store brings together authentic heritage and a refined modern point of view.
Every piece is chosen with care and presented with clarity, warmth, and respect for the story behind it.

TA Rating
Total Activity (TA) in honey measures its antibacterial potency, combining peroxide and non-peroxide activity. A higher TA score indicates stronger antimicrobial properties, enhancing its therapeutic and medicinal value.
A TA of around 30, as consistently achieved by high-quality Raw Organic Sidr honey, is exceedingly rare and reflects extraordinary antibacterial strength. This makes it far more potent than many other premium honeys on the market, including popular varieties like Manuka honey, which often ranges between TA 10–20 in general supermarket-grade products. This high TA level indicates the honey’s superior purity and concentration of active compounds, making it an excellent choice for those seeking potent natural remedies.
A good Total Activity (TA) rating for honey typically depends on its intended use. Here's a general breakdown:
1. Low TA (Below 10):
- These honeys have mild antibacterial properties.
- Suitable for general consumption as a sweetener but not ideal for medicinal purposes.
2. Moderate TA (10–15):
- Honey with this TA rating has moderate antibacterial activity.
- Good for everyday health maintenance and as a natural remedy for mild issues, such as soothing sore throats.
3. High TA (15–25):
- Honeys in this range have strong antibacterial properties.
- Suitable for therapeutic applications like wound care, combating infections, and supporting immune health.
4. Exceptional TA (25+):
- A TA rating above 25 is considered very high, indicating exceptional antimicrobial potency.
- Such honey is ideal for medicinal and therapeutic use, particularly for people seeking natural remedies for serious conditions like ulcers, skin infections, or gastrointestinal issues.
